Established by two Parisians who used to live and work in Melbourne, HolyBelly puts an Australian twist on breakfast. Think cold-pressed juices, avocado, grilled halloumi and high-quality sourdough slices.
Although the menu doesn't explicitly list a full English breakfast, you can build your own with the very reasonably priced two eggs, two sides deal (€14.50).
The sides on offer include smoked bacon, hash browns, mushrooms and beans.
