No, jailbroken and rooted devices do not support eSIMs. As a security measure, the Airalo app may not work on devices it recognizes as jailbroken or rooted — we apologize for any inconvenience.
If your device is rooted or jailbroken, you will need to use another device in order to use eSIMs or the Airalo app. You can still purchase an eSIM from Airalo to use on a device that is not jailbroken or rooted.
