- You have not made any purchases on Airalo.
You are limited to one Free Welcome eSIM. If you receive a free eSIM for one destination, you may not take advantage of the offer for another destination.
Additionally, if you receive a Free Welcome eSIM, you will not be able to apply a referral code for a discount. You may, however, continue to refer friends and receive Airmoney for those who make a purchase with Airalo.
Which destinations are covered by the Free Welcome eSIM?
The Free Welcome eSIM is currently available for the following destinations:

- Portugal
- Spain

How can I get a Free Welcome eSIM?
To get a Free Welcome eSIM, you’ll need an Airalo account. You can sign up for an account using the Airalo app or website.
Once you’re logged in to your account, do the following:
- Go to Store and tap or click the banner that says “How to get your free eSIM.”
- Tap or click View Valid Destinations.
- Select the destination where you want coverage.
- Tap or click BUY NOW for the Free Welcome eSIM — it will be the first eSIM package, if available.
- Review the eSIM details then tap or click BUY > COMPLETE ORDER.
Once you’ve completed your order, the Free Welcome eSIM will be available to you in My eSIMs.
How do I use my Free Welcome eSIM?
To use your Free Welcome eSIM, you’ll need to follow the installation and activation instructions.
- Go to My eSIMs > Details for the Free Welcome eSIM.
- Tap or click View Instructions.
- Select your preferred installation method — Direct, QR code, or manual.
- Read and follow the instructions carefully — make sure you maintain a stable internet connection during the installation process.
Once your eSIM is installed, follow the direction to connect to a local network in your destination.
